Barbara is, above all, a very dedicated and reliable teacher. She showed me what was lacking for me at the moment and gave me precise guidance. That's why we initially had group lessons, but I asked for private lessons.
Also, Barbara is a very encouraging teacher for Japanese people because she understands the Japanese language and culture.

コロナ感染者数が増加した為に、レッスンが対面ではなく、オンライン（ZOOM）で行われることになり、最初は少し不安でしたが、ホワイトボードやチャット機能を使うことで、特に問題なく、授業内容を理解することができました。逆に、授業後に、資料としてホワイトボードやチャットの内容を、データ化して送ってもらえたので、復習に役立ちました。バーバラ先生は、フレキシブルに、生徒の要望に対応してくれるので、その時々に、自分自身が必要だと思う内容のレッスンを受けることができ、学習した内容がタイムリーに役立ちました。また、説明が論理的なので非常にわかりやすく、発音についても、丁寧に指導してくれるのが良かったです( (trans: (...) online sessions, (...) thanks to the white board function and the session chat, there were no particular problems, and I could understand clearly the content of the meetings. On the contrary, I got the grammar explanations and chat content sent to me after the sessions, and that made regular revision easier. Barbara was flexible and responded in the moment to my needs and wishes, so I could use immediately what I learnt with her. Frau Barbara Murai unterrichtet uns im Englischkurs mit großem Engagemant. Sie geht auf unsere Lernbedürfnisse individuell ein. Sie legt Wert darauf, dass wir die Sprache richtig sprechen und übt unermüdlich mit uns im Unterricht. Sie gestaltet den Unterricht vielfältig mit dem Lesen, Hören und Sprechen. Wir dürfen Artikel, die uns interessieren, zum Lesen empfehlen und anschließend über das Thema diskutieren. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, (...). Der Unterricht mit Frau Barbara Murai hat mir sehr geholfen, mich sehr viel besser in der englischen Sprache auszudrücken zu können, besonders in vielen Situationen des Alltages, des täglichen Geschäftes für meinen Arbeitgeber (...). Insbesondere hat Sie durch den Unterricht mir die Vorbehalte, dass ich das nicht könnte, genommen. Sie unterstützt jede Person auf ihrem Niveau und ich bin froh über den Unterricht mit Ihr, der mir erlaubt, viel normaler im Alltag mal eben in englischer Sprache eine Kommunikation zu führen.
Ich kann daher (...) nur wärmstes empfehlen, Frau Murai weiterhin als Lehrerin für uns und für andere Arbeitsgruppen zu beschäftigen,
