My professional background includes over 25 years of English-language communication in business and education settings. I have corporate experience as a consultant on mergers and setting up of joint ventures in the aviation sector; as an in-flight services director for the national air carrier; in the recruitment, selection, and operational management of flight crews, catering and duty-free teams; as well as secretary of the supervisory board of the airport operator of our Black Sea airports.

My Skills, Experience and Interests
Since 2014, I have been supporting professionals both in the corporate world and public administration as a CELTA-certified English teacher. I specialise in Business English training and Professional Business Skills, as well as English for Specific Purposes. Teaching soft skills convinced me that effective communication is a mindset. This ultimately led me to become a Professional Erickson Coach and a Neurolanguage Coach®.
I hold a Master’s degree in Tourism from the University of Economics – Varna and a Master’s degree in Economics and Labour Organisation with a specialisation in Human Resource Management from the University of National and World Economy – Sofia. I am a certified psychometric analysis expert using the Thomas International system.
I am a passionate explorer of life and the human condition. I am fascinated by topics ranging from social psychology to neuroscience, behavioural economics, futurology, geopolitics and diplomacy. I am a book translator and editor, as well as a co-author of the book JOB INTERVIEWS IN ENGLISH AND CAREER DESIGN.
