I am a certified Neurolanguage Coach®, trained by Efficient Language Coaching Global SL and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and AELCA (Accredited Educational & Language Coaching Academy).
I support learners who have spent years studying languages without achieving real speaking fluency — particularly in English — to communicate with confidence, clarity and ease, without pressure and at their own pace.
My Experience: Languages, the Brain and Real Life
I have spoken English since age 14, learned Spanish at 27, and am currently learning Italian and German.
From personal experience, I know that learning a language in adulthood is absolutely possible — but not through traditional methods.
For more than 20 years, I worked as a journalist in an environment where languages were not optional, but a daily working tool. That professional journey led me into teaching and, above all, to a fundamental realisation:
The real challenge is not the ability to learn a language — it is the emotional blocks that are triggered when speaking.
