I’m a Prospective Neurolanguage Coach so I have completed the Language Coaching Certification course but I am in the process of passing my assessment and becoming a certified Neurolanguage Coach.
About me
Over the last 8 years I've been strengthening the presence and influence of professionals from different industries as speakers and communicators.
I started my career as an English Teacher learning a great deal from my clients myself - in particular, how language is a tool for building trust, creating impact, uniting people and driving positive change. Leroy Merlin, Puma, Vodafone and other companies were a dream platform for me not only to hone my professional skills, but also to develop a business mindset.
An important milestone of my professional development was joining Toastmasters - an international Public Speaking community I've been an active participant of for 5 years now. I am a current Vice President of Education at the oldest Kyiv TM club "Chamber". Toastmasters helps me develop my COMMUNICATION, PUBLIC SPEAKING AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS through performances, mentorship, contests, continuous feedback giving and receiving.
I've transferred the skills I've got on Toastmasters stage into my professional domain having become a Speaking trainer. And surely, I keep building up on that by gaining additional skills in Sales, Coaching, Leadership, Self-management, Marketing, Communication, Culture differences, Neuroscience, NLP that surely contribute to helping others grow as speakers who make a chance.
I now help professionals FIND THEIR AUTHENTIC STYLE, SPEAK WITH CONFIDENCE, DO IMPACTFUL DELIVERY AND ENGAGE THEIR AUDIENCE.
All in all, I might say I am a hyphen balancing the roles of an Educator, Public Speaker, Trainer, Manager, Writer and a passionate Explorer.
I am a huge believer in power of human connection and co-creation, and so I draw inspiration from interviews and books of people who I look up to. I then bring those ideas to my communities and we act on them. Such ideas exchanges gave birth to a MasterMind group I'm a part of, "The Way We Are" interview series, Bookworms club I run and some other undertakings.
