I’m a Prospective Neurolanguage Coach so I have completed the Language Coaching Certification course but I am in the process of passing my assessment and becoming a certified Neurolanguage Coach.
About me
I am Virginia Cutchin. I coach English, Mandarin and accent modification. Born in the US, I have lived in Italy, England and China; and have traveled to many places, from the High Arctic (Elsmere Island, Canada) to New Zealand! As a life-long, curious learner, I have studied many topics - from neurophysiology and health (I am a certified health/wellness consultant; have a certification in applied neuroscience; and am pursuing certification as a functional nutrition counselor) to world religions and astronomy. My BA and MBA degrees are in political science and international business. I have operated as an independent intercultural consultant and executive coach for over 20 years, and now can add 'neurolanguage coach' and licensed neurolanguage method Certified Teacher Trainer to that list. I absolutely love what I do and who I do it for. I believe that we are all students, and we are all teachers!

Deep listening. Curiosity. Appreciation. 'Calm intensity.' Suspension of judgement. Tireless learning and synthesizing. Goal-oriented. Believing in the process! Numerous techniques to raise awareness of the mind-body-spirit connection and our own ability to actively influence it.
I've studied Spanish, Italian, French and Chinese - but only actively use English and Chinese (for now!) I have a BA in political science; an MBA in international business; and certifications in applied neuroscience and functional nutrition counseling (pending).
All things China; neuroscience; health and wellness; the impact of nutrition (diet, digestion, sleep, movement, breath, stress and environment) on learning, memory and recall; connection to Nature's energy; teaching, coaching and learning; classical music; animals. Last but not least, I am actually a published poet.
