What I do and my approach
I work with IT and business professionals who need to communicate clearly and confidently in key professional moments - such as job interviews, meetings, and cross-cultural interactions - especially when pressure and complexity are high. My approach combines coaching, neuroscience-informed techniques, and language work to help clients think clearly, regulate emotions, and express themselves naturally.
My professional path
My professional path began in corporate communications, where I worked closely with global clients and partners on negotiations, reporting, and international communication. This experience gave me first-hand insight into how clarity and structure influence outcomes in multicultural business environments.
I later moved into corporate language and communication training, supporting professionals in developing effective communication and soft skills. During this time, I became interested in how the brain responds to pressure - and why even experienced professionals can struggle to express themselves clearly when it matters most.
My current work
Today, my work combines neurolanguage coaching, neuroscience-informed methods, and ICF-aligned coaching principles. Rather than focusing on language as a subject, I help clients develop structured thinking and calm presence so they can speak with clarity, make themselves understood, and show up confidently in interviews, career transitions, and complex professional conversations.
