I’m a Prospective Neurolanguage Coach so I have completed the Language Coaching Certification course but I am in the process of passing my assessment and becoming a certified Neurolanguage Coach.
About me
When I moved to Spain in 2008 I spoke Hungarian and German. I only knew a handful of words in Spanish and I had signed up to study for A1 for English. For the first few months, these two languages just sounded like one. I met my English partner and I grabbed this opportunity to improve my English language skills. Two years later I went to university, where everything was delivered in Spanish. That’s where my language really progressed. While I was at the university I needed to work and one of the jobs I dived into was teaching English; using the book I had used a few years prior for myself. As I became more comfortable with teaching, I started making my own material and focused more on personalising the lessons and giving a personal experience. In 2014 I completed the Global Language Training Master course ( TEFL/TESOL) and at the same time started teaching Spanish. The next year I became a mum but kept teaching with reduced hours. Now I’m a proud mother of two trilingual children and I can’t believe how languages have become such a significant part of my life. I found NLC in the summer of 2022 and, after completing the first course, I continued my journey into teaching languages even more focused on my learners’ needs, and with the knowledge of being a coach who helps the learner to come through the emotional challenges of learning a new language. I’m very excited to start coaching, going even deeper into the language, analysing it, and discovering connections; not only coaching the language but making it personal and enjoyable. I coach the ability to connect with native speakers, to say it how they say it and not just what it translates to. My aim is to create this real connection between you and the language.
