Silvia is an accredited Global EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach (EMCC EIA) and a "facilitator for positive change".
Silvia has worked in the L&D area for nearly 30 years. After her Masters degree in International Business Law at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore Milan and a post-graduate Master in Personnel Management and People Development at ISMO Milan, Silvia started to work as a Director Human Resources in International blue chip companies, where she held globally management roles in Personnel Development, Career Development and Talent Management for over 12 years.
In 2011, Silvia decided to leave the corporate world and moved into HR consulting, Training and Business Coaching. Her expertise lies in the areas of Leadership and Social Influence, Motivation and Self Awareness, Resilience, Flexibility and Agility, Complexity Management.
Silvia delivers business coaching sessions aimed to enhance effectiveness of management communication in business (management and executive level) based on emotional intelligence, empathy and collaborative communication.
