Introduction from ELC Language Coaching Certification
I help managers, executives, and industry professionals communicate clearly, confidently, and with purpose in English. As a Neurolanguage Coach, I work with busy professionals who want more than “lessons.” My clients want measurable progress, greater confidence, and communication skills that support real business goals, from leading meetings and managing stakeholders to presenting ideas and building international relationships.
My coaching-focused approach puts you firmly in the driver’s seat. Together, we identify your “why, ” remove mental and linguistic barriers, and build practical language strategies that fit your role, workload, and ambitions.
The result? Stronger communication. Sharper professional presence. Greater impact.
My goal is to equip you with both the language and the mindset to succeed in today’s global business environment, not just today, but for the long term.

About me
My life has taken me in many different directions, from training racehorses for clients such as the Royal Family under the reign of Nicky Henderson, to managing an office for a real estate agency in London, and later teaching here in Italy. Each of these experiences, in its own way, has led me to where I am today: working with business professionals in the world of coaching.
Looking back, I realise that this varied path — which also included waiting tables and working as a hairdresser in my early twenties — has given me the ability to adapt and connect with a wide range of people. It has allowed me to step into different environments, understand how people think and work, and gain insight into their needs on both a professional and personal level. These experiences have shaped me in a way that I believe lends itself naturally to the world of coaching.
I intend to remain fully committed to this path, as coaching has not only supported my professional development but has also deepened my understanding of myself and my own abilities. My hope is that, for those who choose to work with me, I can help create meaningful progress in both your personal and professional lives.

My Skills, Experience and Interests
After a career change from selling real estate in London, I took my management skills and transferred them into teaching when I moved to Lake Como in 2016. Since then, I have worked with a range of students, from university level all the way to C-suite professionals at banks, fashion houses, and other organisations.
Then, at the beginning of 2026, after a couple of years of reading about coaching, I decided to embark on my coaching journey in order to help people even further and to create a new stimulus for myself, as I am a great believer in both personal and professional growth.
I left secondary school after obtaining 11 GSCE's and went on to train racehorses professionally at the highest level under Nicky Henderson’s guidance, before returning to education later in life and obtaining my Level 5 TEFL, along with several other short courses in training business students, IELTS preparation, and more.
I have recently obtained my first ELC Certificate and am currently following the Advanced course, with the objective of completing the Professional and Teacher Training courses over the next 12 months.
I am a self-confessed workaholic, but with age I have learnt that taking a break and recharging my batteries from time to time is equally important in order to reconnect with those close to me and with the world around me.
I love to travel and am a great lover of Asia, so if I am not coaching, you will most likely find me in a café with a cold drink and a bowl of noodles.
Closer to home (Lake Como), I love to take a good book and sit up in the mountains nearby, or jump on a horse at one of the local stables.
