Introduction from ELC Language Coaching Certification
Neurolanguage Coach® | Language, Communication & Writing Specialist | Corporate, Academic & ESP | English & Spanish
I help native Spanish-speaking professionals, academics, and future graduates move beyond “getting by” in English to communicating with clarity, precision, and confidence in real-world and specialized contexts.
My work combines Business English and English for Specific Purposes with a Neurolanguage Coaching® approach, supported by patience, deep listening, and a unique ability to explain complex aspects of the language in a way that finally makes sense.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all methods or in teachers who assume they know best. Real progress starts when you feel understood—both in what you say and what you don’t—and when you are guided to reflect, reason, and truly engage with the language. That’s where lasting learning happens.
I bring a high level of commitment, attention to detail, and responsibility to every process. In return, I work best with learners who are ready to engage, take ownership of their progress, and approach the process with the same respect and dedication.
Real progress begins the moment the language finally makes sense.

About me
If you’ve ever felt that your level of English doesn’t reflect your true professional or academic potential, you’re not alone—and you’re not the problem.
Hello, I’m Magdalena Dobrocsi, founder and director of Language Bridging®. Over the past 30 years, my work has evolved alongside one central question: why do capable, intelligent professionals still struggle to communicate effectively in another language?
Working across corporate and academic environments, I began to notice a consistent pattern. The issue was rarely a lack of knowledge. It was a lack of clarity, structure, and meaningful engagement with the language. Traditional methods often overlooked how adults actually learn, process, and use language in real contexts.
This insight led me to rethink my approach and develop a more strategic and personalized way of working—one that responds directly to the demands of professional and academic communication. Language Bridging® was born from that need: to offer solutions that are not only effective but also relevant and sustainable over time.
A key turning point in my career was discovering Neurolanguage Coaching®. It provided a framework to address not only linguistic challenges but also the underlying factors that influence learning—such as motivation, self-perception, and previous experiences. This perspective allows me to work in a more precise and flexible way, supporting each learner in developing both competence and confidence.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with leading international companies and institutions, gaining a deep understanding of the communication standards and expectations required in high-level environments. This experience enables me to quickly identify what needs to change, what can be leveraged, and how to guide each process with clarity and purpose.
At the core of my work is a simple principle: meaningful progress happens when people are given the space to think, reflect, and truly understand what they are doing. And I care deeply about creating that space for every learner I work with.
