About me
I'm a Neurolanguage Coach, Certified Transformational Life Coach and TESOL-Qualified Teacher. I have over 25 years' experience in international communication, in the areas of translating & interpreting, coaching and HR.
I'm originally from Liverpool, the town of the Beatles and the "Red Devils" football team, in the NW of England. Even though I now live near the Spanish border in France, I spent almost 20 years in Nice, and have also lived in Barcelona and Lisbon.
I've always loved languages and travelling. I'm bilingual in two languages (English & French) and can hold a good conversation in Spanish. I also understand Italian and Portuguese and have started learning Japanese.
In 2013, I chose to leave my career in Communication & HR and moved across France with my family, from the French Riviera to the green mountains of the Pyrenees, to start living our family dream: build an ecological house and create my own coaching business. It was a fairly bold decision at the time and definitely no regrets.
I now help multilingual women in leadership to become better "BaD Leaders" in their business communication so that they can achieve greater visibility in their career. BaD means more “Bold and Daring”. In other words, a bolder kind of clarity in business scenarios (like meeting rooms, presentations and Zoom calls) by daring to move beyond perfectionism and “good girl” conditioning and focus on greater impact and influence.
Because I believe there’s no ONE right way to be a leader in English. What matters is being true to yourself and owning your style.
I've worked with 22 nationalities and counting from all over the world, in a huge variety of industries, and you can find many of their testimonials on my website. One thing that unites them all: they are ambitious leaders who want to make an impact.
What do I love the most? I love seeing the sparkle in a client's eyes when they get an insight or achieve something they didn't think was possible, when they gain confidence in their ability to express themselves more powerfully. I feel privileged to have been able to help ignite that spark and make a difference.
