About me
Cathy is a Professional Neurolanguage Coach and teacher trainer who helps language learners understand how their brain learns best and use that knowledge to design the best study plan possible. She works with learners who have been discouraged by traditional classroom methods, or who simply don't have time for that, and want a more efficient, brain-friendly approach to language learning. She works mainly with people learning French but also supports Francophones who need a confidence boost in English.
Born and raised in France, she lives in Montreal, Canada but works exclusively online with learners all over the world.
Cathy has supported learners in passing exams, adapting to life in France and Quebec, and defining what “high-level” language mastery really means for them. She specializes in intermediate and advanced levels (B1+ and over). She also hosts My Polyglot Life en français, a podcast for advanced learners focused on effective learning strategies and francophone cultures.
