Ayudo a profesionales brillantes a recuperar su voz en inglés.
Trabajo con personas que saben mucho, pero que al hablar inglés se sienten pequeñas, dudan o se apagan. No porque no sepan inglés, sino porque no se reconocen en él.
Yo también estuve ahí. Aprendí inglés desde la corrección constante, desde el “así no se dice”, y sé lo que pasa cuando cada error te encoge un poco más la voz. Años después, al vivir y trabajar fuera, entendí que el inglés de los libros no es el inglés del trabajo, del liderazgo ni de las conversaciones reales.
Hoy integro Neurolanguage Coaching®, neurociencia del aprendizaje y desarrollo personal para diseñar experiencias de aprendizaje conscientes, humanas y eficaces. Experiencias donde el cuerpo, la emoción y la identidad profesional también cuentan.
