I’m a Prospective Neurolanguage Coach so I have completed the Language Coaching Certification course but I am in the process of passing my assessment and becoming a certified Neurolanguage Coach.
About me
Ola! Portuguese is an extraordinary language and I've always been passionate about it. I owe this passion to my first grade teacher, Mrs. Delgado, who used to read me short stories over recess. This was somewhere in the 80's. I then started teaching it as a Foreign Language in 2002 when I had the chance to work in East-Timor, both with young and adult learners. What a privilege and what a life-changing experience! I returned to Lisbon in 2004 and, since then, I have collaborated with private Language Institutes and Companies such as Pfizer, Jeronimo Martins, Lidl, Oney, Logoplaste, Renault-Nissan and Bayer. I am currently teaching at Intituto Gulbenkian de Ciencia and Universidade de Lisboa, where I get to know fantastic students from all over the world: China; Syria; Turkey; Poland; Slovakia; Germany; Sweden; Denmark; Ireland; France; Italy; Spain, Colombia and Ghana, just to name a few... Also, I develop online Portuguese coaching sessions for private coachees. And, just recently, because most of my coachees love hiking and trekking, I started to integrate these in face-to-face sessions to practice Grammar. The outcome is wonderful!
