I've been living and working in France since 2008 and I specialise in working with French professionals to help them communicate internationally. With my clients, we work on presentation skills, public speaking, pronunciation and comprehension of different accents in online meetings. I love seeing the people I work with grow in confidence and realise that they have the skills to engage, persuade and make an impact with their international colleagues, partners and clients.
As someone who speaks almost fluent French and runs a business in France, I understand the challenges of communicating in a foreign language at a high level. I also understand the particular issues French-speakers face when it comes to English.
I was born on a farm in England and always dreamed of travelling to exotic places. After doing a Masters degree in Linguistics in Manchester and London, I left the UK to work for the British Council in Japan and Singapore. I met my Swiss / Turkish husband and we moved back to France to be nearer to our families.
